Purpose

ATM interfaces are complex, old and have no style or structure. With the use of new technologies and mind mapping, I’ve created a UI for a fictional bank ATBE Credit Union. Instead of using ATMs the traditional way, I’ve designed a new way to interact with them using smart phone linking. Users can pre-withdraw cash directly through their smart phone at home, work, or even on the road. That way once the end user reaches the ATM and scans their phone, cash is automatically withdrawn saving time spent at an ATM. With intense user testing and user profiling, many consumers found themselves utilizing the vast features at an ATM. Also an important feature was having the ability to choose bill denominations when withdrawing cash.
